The same boss then compared his salary with one of the biggest
company in the world and said, "That CEO earns $xx millions, I only
take a small percentage of that".
Then called a meeting with powerpoint style presentation saying our
salary is "in-line with market and even slightly higher". When
asked how they compared, they said they bought this commerical
report and it's confidential.
All of us was so unhappy that we told him we will pay for that
report (since it's commerically available, but we need to know
which one) and analyse the data ourselves.
