I had a group meeting with my HR last time and he was talking
about salary and market rate. Apparently, HR survey companies has
some way of gathering information on the salary data of people on
similar jobs in similar industries. I’m just wondering if anyone
knows how the average layman like us, get to know of our our actual
‘market value’?
