Pre-requisites:
Your uncle must proof that he has business dealings in Malaysia
(or owns a business there), before it can get approved. (prepare
necessary proof and documents).
1) Apply for permit at Land Transport Authority,
Malaysia.(www.jpj.gov.my)
2) Pay Malaysian Road Tax and stick their sticker (speed
limit)
That is all I know.. Can try asking Malaysians if you know any
