Don't tell me you go around asking every single girl her age
each time she goes out with an apparently older male companion?
Maybe she is out with her father/uncle/elder cousin - just walking
around the shopping mall with them? Just because two persons are
walking together does not mean that they are going out with each
other. You have not listed the behaviours you saw at all to suggest
otherwise. Maybe it is a father holding a daughter's hand so that
she won't get lost? Some parents do that .
You come up with this pompous statement without giving any concrete
example . There are laws governing sexual behaviour with minors
under the age of consent, for the purpose of establishing statutory
rape. That comes with mandatory caning should a man decides to have
sex with a minor.
If you think something is wrong or if it looks like paedophilia in
action, you can always act on it by reporting it to the appropriate
authorities.
Appearances are deceiving. There are girls who look younger than
your average caucasian . I look underaged for cigarettes in
