Yes, i know that it belongs to the BBC. I am refering to another
site which i think is best not to be mentioned here. Its situated
at a coastal region near the borders of Singapore which leads me to
suspecting that its a form of OTH radar system. Of course another
possibility could be that its an ELINT and/or radio communication
listening post (is therea proper name for this?).
