Was waiting eagerly for the Prius 2 last yr when the so called
"attractive" incentive review didn't materialize, i went ahead to
purchase a normal engine car.
The official website at NEA stated that the current rebate of 20%
OMV is deemed to be sufficiently attractive hence there's no need
to increase the incentives. WHo's to believe that when Honda only
sold 1 car and Borneo withdrew from the market. How attractive was
that???
Bottomline, i dun pin high hopes on the coming Green vehicle rebate
due for review end of this year. Probably if petrol price continue
to skyrocket, some might be convinced enuf to buy a hybrid
thou.
The new Honda civic hybrid & Prius facelift will be launched in
Japan soon. Something to look fwd to perhaps.
