In this country, the system work this way. If you break the law
for no matter what valid, holy reasons, the fact is you have broken
the law. As long as police is called, you will be charged.
There was once a CID told me that his job is to arrest and
prosecute the person who broke the law, not to judge whether he is
innocent or not which is the job of the Judge and Court.
So once you are unlucky, you have to use time and money to explain
yourself , like spending time in Police station, discussing with
your lawyers few times a week which will mess up your normal
working routine, paying a big sum of money to the lawyer to
mitigate for you which is still guilty, or worst pay a bigger sum
of money to prove your innocent which might not be that high
chance.
Guess nothing much you can do, just treat it like walk out of the
house and step onto dog's poo.
