dragg SG i agree. even a normal japanese book on grammar is not for loan. i really dont understand. there are many other problems.
iOn[xG] SG Very rare to see updated info. The books quite outdated, use as reference sources can always state that they are unreliable. +1 to my paragraphs.
dragg SG each library has their own purchaser. i once saw a fiction with 21 books sitting on the shelf. why so many? the money could have been spent on buying other titles.

TYING SG They have the premier membership ma. Like in the esplanade library, if you want to borrow certain books or score you have to sign up for the premier memembeship. Its for 20 bucks.
