Phoebie SG the valuation is actually reasonable, consider the fact that it is fully furnished and renovated, situated in the East side and in Tampines. I've heard that high floor 3 room flat in Rochor resale value over $300k, and 3 room resale in marine parade direct facing the east coast value at above $200k. High floor 5 room near Tiong Bahru and Zion road resale valuation at about $400 to $500k years ago. But of course these older units which are at least 20 years old are bigger in size.

Giant hypermarket. soon DBS Tampines and Pavilion gonna be demolished to make way for yet another shopping centre. my brother ballot for this house with his gf. think he didnt get thru. anyway he's still in NTU.
