duotiga83 SG

The pods on both wings attached is Ehud ACM pod.....if i remeber correctly.....

spartan6 SG

It looks like a ACMI pod le Neutral

SlowPoke SG

they only carry the ACMI pods on either stations 1 or 9. The “stick” as one forumer calls it on station 8 is a AIM-9 CATM (Captive Air Training Missile). It is the other “stick” on station 2 that is interesting.

spartan6 SG

It read ACMI-----air combat manoeuvring instrutmentation

spartan6 SG

duotiga83 SG

spartan6 SG

U r losing me liao Question Cant understand wat u trying 2 say Confused Your "read more" is refering 2 which

Moonstriker SG

Hardly see doesn't mean its not carried here...

Obersturmfuhrer SG

There's something I caught since the planes keep flying over my work place.

The F-16s emit a much louder and higher pitch whine and a louder sonic boom.

Shotgun SG

Err. i dun see any ECM pods in the above pic. Ecm pods eg. ALQ-131s are carried on the centre hard point. In the pic, its an external fuel tanks.

Those "sidewinder" lookin things are training aids. Possibly external mounted camera to record the distance and position between the aircraft to keep the flying as precise as possible?

Tryin to fly around like that in tight formations isnt easy leh... they sure need all the help they can get.

casshern SG

our RSAF guys have been very busy lately. yesterday saw Apache flying over my block, after some f-16s.

just now saw a c-130 doing runs. song song, can see so many planes, esp they flying at low level.

BTW, my location is serangoon, anyone got a better view of those guys?

kopiosatu SG
