The owner might be an Angmoh for all you know.
In angmoh countries, Motorbikes have equal status as cars.
They are to be centre of lanes (actually singapore by book like
that also) and they park on car lots.
Very often during summer time you see bikes in car lots and it is
OK there.
But i guess he dunno singapore rules.
