Issit true tat only those in the Catholic Church circle, these few in numbers by themselves speaks latin, other than that you will hav only a couple of singaporeans outside the catholic church know any latin at all? Btw is there any latin language course here?

Actually Vatican speaks Italian as the national language.

Ok .. it is hard to distinguish national language and working language, like in the case of Singapore.
