Changing Honda City car stereo

I bought a Honda City that come with a Sony stereo. But Honda is rally kiam-siap, giving an old model that still has a tape deck.
I am interested to change to a head unit with mp3 player. Does anyone has any lobang or know of a good place where I can get a trade-in for the unit and a good price for a player? Thanks.

Use it for trade-in to off set your new hu lar.. Sony HU should be able to get between SGD50-90.

anyway changing the stereo does not mean i need to give up the 10-disc changer rite?

Nope... if you are using Xpod cd changer, as long as you use a Sony HU, it should be fine.

Me actually gotten my HU CDX-M8800 at Pin Liang (http://www.pinliang.com.sg/about.htm). Many people say Pin Liang expensive and I do agree with them to a certain extend. However, after reading some poor chap ECU got fried due to poor wiring to their ICE and spent $4000 to replace the ECU, I decided not to take the risk but go for reputation of the installer instead. Well, I still end up a happy customer and very satisfied with their boss hands on approach to help tune the system.

Btw, I am in no way related to them. Just me and my amateurish views about ICE...
