tankee1981 SG Why is it that almost every 7-11 have rubbish bins but there will still be rubbish all over the area? I noticed that Sengkang MRT outside is almost always dirty in the early mornings when i go to work! Some even have noodles with soup all over the floor! Why can't people be more civil minded!

tankee1981 SG The absence of rubbish bins in the mrt station is not due to cost cutting but to prevent terrorist attacks. Terrorist may drop explosives in these bins inside MRT stations then remotely detonate them from a distance.
