A Pre-Delivery Inspection (P0I) has been successfully concluded
on the first of six Super Lynx 300 destined for the Royal Malaysian
Navy, which will now be transported by sea on time to Port Kelang
in the second week of June. POIs will also be completed on aircraft
2, 4, 5 and 6 by July 2003 with subsequent deliveries being
effected by the end of September.
The third aircraft will be retained in
the UK until Spring 2004 under a separate contract to fit the Sea
Skua missile system.
