especially turboed engines becos higher pressure in the
cylinders means higher temperatures. so you need high octane petrol
to prevent premature detonation/ignition. so, unless your engine is
turboed/supercharged, 95 is ok.
but the thing is, usually 98 petrols come with more additives,like
cleaNING agents. so you get more than just increased octane, you
can drive your engine cleaner... haha! souinds like a shell ad.
