hey, i drive an opc, if u dun have coupon, and u really need to
drive, dun put a coupon. If u get caught, its a $200 fine, BUT if
its a TEMPERED coupon, its $2k fine, and risk goin to jail, as its
a cheating case. Pls dun try, red plate car always get stop by
TP/ROV if driven during restricted times. u can eat 5mins here n
there, thats all..
