anyone here know where to learn bowling,where ppl learn hw to throw curve ball?

hook, very simple...

get a reactive ball, deliver so that it is rotating about 90 degrees from the direction the ball is going... when it reaches the end of the lane, the forward momentum and the rotation would turn into a curve...

frankly, i prefer the helicopter spin.. hook is very dependent on the lane conditions while the helicopter spin takes that variable out of your game..

no.. i just hack around...

i have a 14lb reactive ball for hook when i feel like it.. i think it's a bit on the light side.. should have gotten the 15 or 16lb....

i use a 10lb house ball for spinning..

high score is nothing to shout about, highest for hook, 214.. highest for spin, 218

average is around 165 or something like that Laughing

can't bowl anymore because of a slipped disc.. or at least until 2008 because i told myself to get totally healed first... giving myself 2007 to heal and strengthen my back Smile
