First and foremost, this reply is not a personal attack.
I feel this type of fearfull and overly cautious outlook is not
good on a personal level and on a national level. If you have to
check with big brother before you do anything, alamak, how to be a
progressive, creative society? Sure, things like the police giving
a pre-emptive warning to those RGS girls selling elephant T-shirts
spooks people (totally uncalled for btw). But we should not be
cowed if we are not doing something overtly wrong, like launching a
tirade against other races/religions in public.
As one of the other members said, the posted photos were not taken
by someone sneaking into the base. Whatever can be seen in public
is fair game. Even the still highly classified American stealth
planes go on public flying and static displays and are well
photographed professionally and amatuerly.
The photos, by the way, are a good effort. I use Woodlands Ave 12
sometimes and can see Chinooks and Super Pumas overhead
occasionally. Hope I'll see Apaches from now on.
