When ppl see a beautiful gal with a ugly guy who's shabbily
dressed, they would automatically assume that's cos the guy has
"great character"...
But that's not necessarily the case... i've seen many cases where
the guy (who happens to be my fren) is not only bad-looking, but
equally lacking in character. But he's very arrogant cos his gf is
good-looking, and always go on and on about how he dun know why
he's so appealing & intelligent etc. No other gals we know
likes him (even as frens) , jus his "luck' that a pretty gal
happens to like him...
But i realized still, the assumption that there must be somethk
special about him (cos his partner is good-looking) is very
prevalent...
