Universal values and the Republic are supposed to be defended by
the Army.When the re is a conflict, then the crap has hit the fan
and the insitution is under close scrutiny.
You have to make a moral choice to refuse unlawful orders,
especially if they are acts against humanity.. and as a commander,
the greater responsibility lies within you to ensure your men do
so.
