Girl, a guy can be decent but he will still take a 2nd look at
the pretty girl in the short skirt sashying down the street.
It's programmed in their DNA and I think you really need to give
your guy some form of trust. Looking is ok. It's not like he is
going to bed the girl or cheat on you just by looking.
The only guy who don't look at other girls are gay or they are so
slick that they don't get caught (which really should worry you
more) Other one which is rare is that he worships you 
But I think any girl will want a guy who loves her
and not worship her
Anyway, I don't really have any specific traits that I look for in
a partner
Come to think of it my ex-bfs are all as different as day and night
However the guy I married is loving, caring, trusting family kind
of guy who knows how to cook and clean after himself and yes he has
a career as well.
