Dead_Man_Inc SG Played soccer. Twisted my ankle 2 months ago. Now it is not painful or what, but if I'm not careful, it will twist easily to the side, either when I'm walking, running or playing soccer. How? If see doc, what will they do?
TYING SG u go polyclinic, they will give u some kind of lotion to rub on it. ( this is only for the ligament problem) Ankle loose, go hospital put screw and tighten it.
hatemeifuwantto SG wa the..u didnt see a doctor??omg..go see doctor asap..i think they will examine..then if its not quite serious the would bandage for u with some medcine..after weeks u would heal..if its serious... go hospital>x-ray>put cast>after ard 3 weeks change cast>another ard 1 month then take out.. good luck..
UltimaOnline SG 1) Report this to CMPB Medical Officer, get downgraded. 2) Quit soccer & similar strenuous sports for the rest of your life, or at least the next 10 years. 3) Buy a year's worth of Cissus RX to heal the ligaments/tendons.
technoboy SG I also have such problem in my elbow. During my sec 2 in NPCC, we were doing push ups and suddenly I felt something came loose in my elbow. Since it doesn't hurt, I didn't go and see a doctor. Is that ligament also? I'm now 17 btw. It's been a long time and its still there.
