"This house centipede looks like a moving hair brush. It runs rapidly, holding its body well elevated, suddenly stops, then runs again toward concealment." mayday80 SG I seen this house centipede a couple of times in my place liao! Scared the hell out of me even though I smashed them to bits each time. Not a nice sight!
kawasaki2 SG I ambush the insect, got one big cockroach got caught by surprise, I take a big stack of The Straits Times and throw it right on the cockroach. It hit the floor with a 'boom' sound. When I check the cockroach, its body was like a mashed potato. YAY.

weeie SG when u was in NS during field camp, my buddy sleeping under same basha kenna bitten by centipede in the middle of the night.. he pain like hell and i don't dare to continue to sleep haha
digicharat SG millipede can ooze out some chemical when it is being attacked althought its not deadly. saw a chimp trying to eat the millipede then tio pwned on discovery channel.

the Bear SG don't worry about it.. they usually bite only in self-defense or hunting.. humans are way too big to be hunted by them, and if you leave them alone, they will leave you alone
