its simply because ppl don't ask for it..
gvnt says no and ppl just keep quiet.
sometimes laws are outdated. like 40km speed limit on empty wide
roads with less traffic where ppl are driving better and better
cars. maybe that rule was good when decades ago ppl driving spoked
wheel cars on nerrow bumpy roads.
govt says for safety reasons. public road speeding limits for
reality reason. but if there is a race circuit, its the same as
swimming pool. u gauge ur own risk. chances of danger is managed by
yourself, no threat to others. there's no reason to restrict
it.
even the big issues like gouvernment changes, law changes,
countries liberalized from colonial british, ect are done when ppl
rally and demand.
no casino previously, now have. no public speaking last time, now
you can. no fog lamps, but now u can install.
so the car organisations needs to ask for it. rally it if needed.
boycott if required.
