Not trying to find fault with your reply or anything with you,
just trying to put straight some facts to prevent misunderstanding,
but i'll try to do it in simplifed form so that it'll not bored
others..
no way that Govt was pushing the construction works if they Main
Con can't finished in time.. on top of that, all constructions have
construction period whereby those tendering for the job will be
inform in their tender doc and Main Contractor will have to compel
to that else LD will be given base on case to case basics..
there is no way anyone would be able to make BCA and MOM close
one eye and allow the Main Con to do not according to the proper
way and furthermore not all projects are being supervised by MOM or
BCA even thou work have to complied to their guidelines..
HDB construction??? dun want to touch on that subject..too much
details
akward finishing works? maybe in your opinion and might just be
the case, but they're definitely in according to the professional
architect's specs..
echo?? again too much details need to be explain, hence will skip
as well..
TOP doesn't means work have to be 100% completed.. it just means
the project is suitable for move in condition as major works and
whatever requirements prior to awarding TOP has been completed in
according to the professional guidelines set by BCA..
