Singapore has always had an immigrant population. So it is not
helpful to discriminate against new citizens who were born in
foreign shores.
However, if there is some kind of citizenship course, what should
these new "foreign talents" look out for to successfully adjust to
Singaporean life and avoid annoying other Singaporeans?
What behaviours of foreign talents would impress a local-born
Singaporean?
Eg. Ability to speak Singlish, eating at a coffeeshop...
Conversely, what behaviours of foreign talents would anger a
local-born Singaporean?
Eg. Bad hygiene, annoying accents...
