I highly doubt it. The sight picture would be completely screwed up, and you wouldn't have the benefit of a two-handed hold to steady the firearm.

Basically, there's only one scenario when you can shoot with one hand: when the other hand is on the target's shoulder.

I think Tom Clancy said that in one of his novels.

Another more realistic scenario: one of your arms is injured or disabled in a firefight, leaving you with only one good arm to hold the weapon and return fire.
