MooKu SG but then sometimes the recipe not correct... or the air temperature different... overmix will determine if the cake is yummy or not also right? i've not baked a nice cake ever since secondary school
udontknowme SG cake, cookie...overmixing sometimes will kill the cake/cookie... esp when you overbeat egg whites or cream mi also very very VERY long never back oledi.... somemore those cake mixers are damn asspensive... dont think my mom will buy one here... how come mookie so late still not sleeping??
MooKu SG cake mixers? yeah i wonder why they cost so much!!!! i only have those hand-held ones, but then i don't really use them cos i prefer to beat the hell out of the dough and mixtures with a wooden spoon piak piak piak! i'm still clearing my emails there're new things to read everyday and i've still got mails i haven't finished sending out

MooKu SG somemore if you make it all with your own hands... i dunno, i just feel better giving people cookies that i made with aaaaall my heart, no shortcuts cookies... erm, normal chocolate chip cookies need no high-speed mixing right? i always mix until i think it's blended thoroughly already then dun wanna mix anymore in case i overmix... nope don't have to wake up early... supposed to go to bed soon... but i think i'll read a bit more first national museum's opening soon! maybe i'll post a thread on the opening events or something
