MooKu SG Because I haven't tidied up his dormant company's accounts and submitted them to IRAS! In fact, I haven't even looked at them cos the mere thought of it scares me off.

MooKu SG IRAS got send reminder... twice leow. Then I called them recently to extend the deadline... since company is dormant, they extended for a month loh. Otherwise they will issue summons and fine up to $1000.
