Fatum SG some well connected (read: important daddies ) chinese chappies here "confirmed" the story too .... it seemed that there was an incident in which three F-16s decided to defect halfway during an exercise .... two were shot down by their own side before the last remaining one got to Chinese airspace and the PLAAF scrambled their Sukhois to protect this last bugger ... how ironic eh ..... the kuomingtang used to offer defecting chinese pilots large sums of money ....
