huy SG normally, i go library to borrow books, pass my time.. i don like to go to the library and study.. cos it too quiet.. i prefer the music to be on while studying..

Gunyandao SG hmm...rather than going to the library and staying in the library..perhaps you can consider involving in some outdoor stuff. no need to be those physically demanding kind. walking also a good form of exercise. bedok is quite near east coast park, perhaps rather than spending your time at the library, walk to east coast park instead. you will definitely feel better. Being connected to your body has the additional advantage of delivering you from feelings of helplessness.
