Does a $5,000 fine make any sense or does detention barracks makes any sense? i certainly don't think so. A $5,000 fine or DB for not going to SICC would not even be possible in the first place.

dragg SG being rich or talented really has its advantages. he actually avoided 2 1/2 years NS and 9 cycles of reservists with $5k. not to mention the danger of military training.
