Any one here have high blood pressure after ORD for 2 yrs ? this is wat happen to me , cannot jog will faint leh heart will pain , but no medicated prove . Did not attend myt ippt for 2 years , tio charge $50 in camp now have to go for RT on the 3rd Dec , wat should i do , go for some self training (risking ma ) or take medicated Ceft , where can i get the ceft ? V stress up leh who can help pls give me more comments please .

RT is a complete waste of time lah. In the effect, if your lifestyle is such that if you excercise you end up not being able to do work tommorow how?

There are plenty of people around the world who don't do RT and their lifespan is more or less the same as ours.

If you can't make it just fall out and say you're not feeling well to the medic. The PTI won't dare to demand that you carry on. Then just fall out lor. MC also can. Just collect enough and arrange for medical review.

What's all this about skipping RT or getting med cert?

If you have legitimate medical grounds, go get a medical declaration from a govt clinic = go for a blood test/full med checkup and get a certificate. Then you need an endorsement from a resident doc at the clinic (GPs are not allowed recognized), certifying you medically unfit. There is some SAF procedure on this so you have to ask or check www.MIW.gov.sg

Else, just go for the bloody RT and maybe you'll find actually there's nothing wrong with you. RT isn't that bad...
