Is there a high chance of becoming retarded if he survives? If so don't you think its better if he dies? Unless he has a good insurance plan? (even then no one i know will be willing to live as a retard - so don't pray to God to ask for something that may not be in his best interests.)

I should know more tmr afternoon... The young doctor who died suddenly in his sleep seemed to be a nice guy too. 300 of his patients turned up at his funeral, it seemed.

Is Singapore at some sort of breaking point? Or are these things just normal? I nvr come across it personally like this before. I know people with cancer and heart diseases and kidney problems and so on personally.

I really don't see how... unless he makes 100% recovery. Veg or paralysed even worse, IMHO.

On one hand, have all the medical expenses and on the other, income affected.

I think in Sgp, income affected is bad enough without the medical expenses...

This is really a big headache. Wife crying non-stop...
