sermodabian SG But washing and maintenance is good bah. I went Colombo and saw their version of HDB (designed based on SG’s models) and it was terrible. Only built for a couple of years and looked more run down than my 25 year old block. The staircases are extremely filthy. And cowdungs all over the void deck coz the people there rear cows at the playground.
digicharat SG of course! my bastard neighbours (yes. im referring to THAT family) always throw rubbish around my unit. knn... lucky got bangala come my level sweep the floor every morning. count themselve lucky im the only one with dog on my level. arbo i already take the dog and shit on their doorstep liao. chao chee byessssss.
sermodabian SG We should be thankful we've got a town council that washes our block and clears our rubbish. See what happens when you don't have one.
photo_seeker SG Yes, it is. High Pressured Spray washing is much more efficient that using mop and brooms. Well, you don’t want a dirty corridor do you?
ctstalin SG aiya..where got waste the water....in the end they water will go down from the pipes to the nearest newater plant and u noe what happens next
Ito_^ SG me like clean places. if can suggest cheaper and more effective solution, suggest la. although no credit will be given to u.
huiz SG no singaporeans want to do it...even the sweeping of corridors, emptying of rubbish chute bins, and even delivery of newspapers is done by bangalas.
ditzy SG Exactly! If I offered dragg $900 monthly to wash hdb corridors and void decks 5 days a week. I'll doubt he'll take up my offer.
Xcert SG where are these pics taken? reminds me of the few flats I saw after crossing over to JB from Woodlands...behind the railway station...up on a small hill...should have been cleared for development liao...
