Well, it wasn't all smooth-sailing.
One week after I bought it, the dumb player jammed. Since I
couldn't switch it off, reset it, or even remove the battery, I had
to run the battery down to death.
I had to take it down to the service center where they upgraded the
software. Been working fine ever since.
I guess I'm one of the luckier ones... my previous Creative player
(Muvo V200) didn't break down at all in the two years I had
it.
In any case, I would recommend going for Sony if Creative isn't
your suit.
