If a person was born a Singaporean and then he changes his
citizenship to some other country (for example Canada) before he
serves his NS, then he can still can come back to Singapore for
holiday and not worry about SG government making him do his NS
right?
I have always assumed that once you change citizenship, sg gov
cannot make you do NS anymore, but recently I have come across
people who are of the opinion that even if you change citizenship,
they can still make you do NS when you come back. I was shocked by
his comments. What do you guys think?
