of course wont deport or shit because they bringing in $$ for SG, got one guy got some 1.6 mil internet company, u think SG governemnt dont want the investment meh.

but usually when post in newspaper shld become more serious, since got public awareness. media is bo liao, but since the public is aware, the PRCs deserve further punishment

Btw, these scholarships are exclusive to FTs only, locals cannot apply for these scholarships. As long as you're a foreigner (talented or not), you're eligible for free education by the Singapore gahmen. If you're a Singaporean, pay for your own education and when you go out to work, it's your obligation to support the education of these foreigners. Live with it.

At least some of these FTs are honest enough to serve a bond in Singapore after getting their free education. Some others just run back home to China and our gahmen cannot catch them also.
