People who complain that computer games are a waste of time are likely to be people who have reached the last stage of a game but simply cannot defeat the boss despite numerous attempts.

Hence, waste of time. Laughing

Hmm..I beg to differ, dude. At least when you watch TV, you gain some sort of information- be it educational or social info. But you dont gain anything playing games.

I doubt playing games increases your attention span...ppl who are on the computer the most are the ones who will have the least patience, accordg to my Uni lecturer.

Haha..i've always thought ppl with no life are the ones who play computer games Very Happy

Playing computer games are a waste of time. My security program tracks everything on my computer, you install a game, it can "install" and run "properly". In fact, the game is crippled but still can run, but looks funny. Laughing It's as good as never installed it in the first place.

It depends what game is that...

Is it a online multiplayer game?
If it is, it might benefit as in you get to know more people in the world, and also to communicate and make friends from all over the world.

Is it a run-cd-rom-to-play ? e.g FIFA 2007
This kind, is pretty useless, mostly is for entertainment purposes. If you are bored, you play computer games to entertain yourself. If you are stress, you also play computer games to entertain yourself.
