How Long Is A Nap Suppose To Be?

I no longer take a nap after lunch breaks coz everywhere got CCTV Evil or Very Mad .

can be from 1min to forever…some ppl die during a nap.

30mins-1hr for me

I nap 2 to 3 hours Very Happy

gals tend to sleep longer than guys, and more apt to take afternoon nap

i done this survey from secondary school till now, seems its more like this
