hi all,
this question is for those of you guys who have read many chinese
novels/comics/RPG games.
regarding the word 'sabre', it's generally used to refer to a
normal sword that's large and slight curve, and the blade is
usually wide.
however, the kind of 'sabre' i've in my mind is the one like a long
spear, with a huge blade attached at the head. i thought that kind
of weapon then is called 'sabre'? no?
if not, then what kind of weapon is that? if you guys have ever
seen the one carried by Guan Gong(god of war) as well as those
chinese generals in comics, you'll know what i mean.
thanks all!
nikar.
