This problem last time in the older version already have liao.
Usually it happen when I'm chatting with my friend in wee hours of
the morning for quite sometimes, suddenly the messages couldn't be
sent, keep bouncing back 
got fed up then I restart laptop and msn messenger again, it did
help a little
