we should not purchase something just because chaps up north got
it .... like i said in an above post, MLRS in the hands of the
northern fellows are a strategic weapon, a similar platform in our
hands would only be a tactical one, what we need would be a similar
asymetric response, to have a similar effect, we need something
that'll threaten the whole of the peninsula ... we should perhaps
be looking at cruise missiles, on a mobile platform, similar to
what china is currently deploying against taiwan, so that we'll
retain a counter-strike capability in the event of a surprise
attack ...
