Need Help from Dog experts

Hello i am writing this message on behalf of my sister. Recently my sister has changed a job and her work place had two stray dogs (one of the boss is a dog lover and feed the dogs so the two dogs can stay in the factory at level 1) .

For some reasons those 2 dogs keep on clinging to my dogs, she will be disturbed by them at least 3 times a day (in morning, lunch time and after work), at first my sister try to use a stick to chase them away. But after some time the dogs will get used to it and of no use. There were even a couple of time the dogs will cling on my sister and bite at the plastic bag which contain my sister's packed lunch causing her lunch to fall off.

Is there any repellent or anything that can chase the dogs away?

Beat the dog, that's the fastest most effective way. There is another method which is silent killing, the dog won't know what killed it, in fact no one will know, other than your sis. This method is called feed it a packed chocolate lunch. Laughing

Oh, I missed that part about one of the dog being the boss' one. Laughing In this case, throw all my fabulous ideas out the window. Thanks for the reminder.

Anyway, since your sis's boss like to feed them, of course the dogs assumed everytime if someone walks pass with a plastic bag, mean makan time. Ask your sis to pack inside a box and put into her bag. Mr. Green such stray dogs usually just scare them enough already.

That is almost certainly against the law. The boss has a duty of care to provide a safe workplace. Obviously it isn't safe.

However, I understand that in such situations the law might be of no help because she might not be willing to offend her boss. Hence, I really have no useful advice~!

Btw, this is yet another indication that the world is full of fools (the boss)! At this rate, I'm gonna have enough material to write a write a book soon!

Ask your sister not to show any sign of fear when they approach.

If possible please do not send them to spca, as mostly they would be put to sleep.

Perhaps you could try posting in animals forum and ask for help, or you could discuss with your boss and work out a solution.

Do not use violence against these poor animals.

If they get aggressive, you got to be careful, the best is get them away from the workplace or ask your sister to avoid them.

Do they disturb others as well?

if ever u r attacked by a pack of such dogs, dispose off any one of the dog in the most brutal and inhumane method or strikes...the rest seeing the state at which one of their pack is taken down will flee in fear.

also attack their nostrils, a severe hit to this area will confuse them and greatly reduce their sense of direction thus the ability to naviagte.

i feel when dogs proactively bites your stuff means a potential danger. who knows when the seemingly mischevious bites caould turn into a deep gouge? and since they are strays though fed by the boss their bite could be infectius and deadly.

call SPCA if the thing persists. if the boss want to keep dog at least get it leashed or buy one and train it

There are dog repellents in the form of sprays. Just get them from pet shops
