if u drive or walk pass the streets of orchard, the stretch of
road towards suntec, on the lamps u will see bright coloured signs
put up saying on 13th nov traffic congestion expected from 5pm to
8pm. Anyone knows why?
Moving down further at City Hall, there's another sign saying 13th
nov 5pm to 11pm road closure at Raffles Boulevard due to dunno wat
link bridge thing, singapore flyers project... so wat's this all
bout?
