Looking at renting an apt and saw this apt which was not bad.
Property agent initially quoted $3.3k, but after viewing the place,
she said it is $3.5-3.8k neg. then i asked her why the increase,
she said cos there is another offer to the landlord at $3.5k, but
we can still try offering at $3.3k, may still get it.
Harlow? if the landlord really have an offer in hand of $3.5k,
would he even consider $3.3k?
I hate dumb liars.
