when LA in america had a major black out few years ago, the
people did the same thing, going around looting. But when KL had a
major black out, we did not hear of law breaking down. The question
is whether our people would go on looting when a disaster
strike.
We saw in america it was the black, who were doing the looting. In
Singapore, would any particular race, chinese, malay, indian or
some immigrants?
I am confident that none of us would be doing that and we dont have
any of these natural disasters, which we can do nothing about.
