lornie rd near lornie walk towards upper thomson, only one lane
passable due to fallen tree at 10.39pm. however it's extremely
dangerous as many cars are trying to u-turn to beat the impasse.
many cars are temporarily parked at sime road, adam drive and
arcadia rd while waiting for the road to clear. congestion along
exit towards PIE (changi) as others try to go by alternative route
of thomson rd.
