How to apply for FSB license ah?

My friend is holding a roadshow at a certain shopping mall.
In the past, dun need to apply any license. But now the shopping mall management say must apply FSB license (stands for fire safety dunno what).

How to apply ah?

I surf gov's website, I dun see anything. Too much information, but dun have specific thing that I need.

How? Can anyone help?

it's a public education exhibition to display community services to the members of the public. No food, no sales, no collection of money.

I also wonder why the shopping mall asked my friend to apply. Confused

Because they don't want to be held responsible should anything happen. To some managements its better to apply for everything rather than just those you need. Laughing

ask the venue to double check their regulations. especially since its a public education event. events held by govt n stat boards do NOT require licensces not even from PELU.

if u r not doing any pyro or open fire. u do not need FSB. the venue shd have a standard set up space for events tt have prior approval from FSB.

That's what I think also.

Tomolo will call the shopping mall person. Maybe she (the shopping mall person in charge) is new, dunno anything, so anyhow kah sah. Last time I didn't deal with her one.

Hmm..so far I do not come across a permit is needed. However, fire safety rules are keep changing from time to time. I am not sure at shopping center, what is the rule, any way, try to contact the most appropriate person (see the URL). I not sure how to post link, just copy it and try.
